Biosiris_RA has two main domains of expertise : the analysis of protein sequence - structure - stability - function relationship and the in silico simulation of biological membrane properties. The combination of these two domains enables biosiris_RA to address a large panel of biological problems in consultance.
Biosiris_RA has also developed standardized services:

- Detection of protein interaction sites;
- Prediction of B linear epitopes from protein sequences;
- Analysis of protein sequences and/or 3D structures;
- Prediction of peptide 3D structure, polymorphism and stability.
