Biosiris and VWR Announce a Strategic Alliance for sales representation of Molecular Modeling

Gembloux, Belgium, 6 May 2006 - Biosiris and VWR International, Inc. today announced a strategic alliance to utilize VWR’s vast sales network to generate qualified leads for protein services in the current research market. This multi-year agreement would allow Biosiris to utilize VWR’s 900 plus sales representatives and 40 plus VWR BioScience Managers globally, to help identify qualified leads for our Epiros™ and Protein Investigator™ services. Biosiris will then take the lead and provide the necessary technical support or training to produce high quality protein services.
