Biosiris_RA provides consultance services in Molecular Modeling of biological molecules. Current clients are vaccine, pharmacology, cosmetic, biotechnology and food companies. Biosiris_RA services are in computation analyses of structure-activity relationships of proteins, peptides and drugs in biological membranes and cell cytoplasm.
Biosiris_RA also organizes training and discussion groups on Molecular Modeling techniques and approaches of different biological themes (peptides, protein analysis, epitope prediction....).

Biosiris_RA was founded in 2008 by Professeur Robert Brasseur.
Robert Brasseur has been working for more than 30 years in the Molecular Modeling of drugs, of polypeptides and of biological membranes. He has published more than 250 scientific papers in international scientific reviews. Some of these papers are listed in "Publications". To obtain the complete list, please ask us. Pr Brasseur's expertise in the Modeling of molecules, and more specifically in the consequences of their hydrophobicity, has led him to study the folding of peptides and proteins and the permeability of drugs, peptides and proteins in biological membranes.
His active partnership with industrial companies and with academic groups led in September 2008 to the creation of Biosiris_RA, a TPE of high-tech consultance for industrial services in Molecular Modeling.
