PepLook™
What can you expect from PepLook™?
PepLook™ provides you with 3D structures of peptides of 5 to 30 amino acids. It calculates a large number of structures in either water or in a hydrophobic medium, selects the most stable (namely the Prime) and up to 99 structures of low energy. From there, PepLook™ gives you the Prime PDB structure and two important indexes of peptide structure-function relationships: the structure stability and its diversity.
